A1:We are a factory which is located in SHENZHEN.

 

Q2: Can I order a small trial order? what is your MOQ?

A2: As a good start, we always accept small orders, MOQ is 100pcs/style/color. To save your costs 

for transportation, we would like to recommend you to order at least 1x20ft container, you can mix 

different items in one container. That would help you to reduce the unit price.

 

Q3: What is your sample lead time?

A3: Our standard sample lead time is 5-7 days,  We may able to send you samples in 2 or 3 days for urgent samples but please always consult our sales.

 

Q4: What is your production lead time?

A4: The standard production lead time is 15-18 days for first orders and 10 to 15days for repeat orders.This is based on order qty below 1500pcs, over that,  please check with our sales.

 

Q5: What about the payment?

A5: We accept T/T, L/C for the large quantities order, 

       and Western union and Paypal will be accept for the samll quantities order.
